What we collect & why
GivBux Global Inc. (“GivBux”) collects email addresses submitted to our newsletter, merchant application, investor-inquiry, and data-room access forms. Authenticated Owner's-Desk users submit an email, a password (stored as a salted hash), and an optional wallet or brokerage identifier for shareholder verification. We collect basic usage telemetry (page, referrer, device class) only when analytics cookies are accepted.
Your rights
- Right to access, correct, export, and delete your personal data.
- Right to withdraw consent for analytics/marketing at any time.
- Right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (EEA/UK/CH).
- Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data (CCPA/CPRA).
Retention
Lead emails are retained for up to 36 months, investor-inquiry records for up to 7 years in line with SEC record-keeping requirements, and owner-account records until you request deletion.
