By accessing givbux.com (“Site”) or using the GivBux mobile application (“App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or App.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and capable of entering into a binding contract. The App is not intended for children under 13.
3. No investment advice
Content on this Site and in the App is provided for informational purposes only. Nothing constitutes investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. GivBux Global Inc. is a publicly traded issuer (OTC: GBUX); all securities-related statements are subject to the disclaimers in our SEC filings.
4. Owner's Desk / Vault
The Owner's Desk and Investor Vault are provided to self-attested shareholders and approved investors respectively. Material accessed there is confidential. Misrepresentation of shareholder status or leakage of vault material may result in account termination and legal action.
5. Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and software on this Site are owned by GivBux Global Inc. or used under license. You may not reproduce or distribute without written permission.
6. Merchant program
Merchant applications are subject to approval, underwriting, and ongoing compliance review. Approval does not create an exclusive relationship unless separately agreed in writing.
7. Referral program
Referral rewards are subject to change and may be invalidated for fraud, self-referral, or abuse.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GivBux Global Inc. and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or App.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in San Diego County, California.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
